Sensory abnormalities in unaffected relatives in familial adult-onset dystonia

Somatosensory abnormalities are found in adult-onset primary torsion dystonia (PTD). Therefore we assessed spatial discrimination thresholds (SDT), a measure of spatial acuity, in four multiplex families with adult-onset PTD.
